How to use
Dry, sensitive or couperose-prone skin: apply to a cleansed face, leave for 5–10 minutes (3–5 minutes the first time) and rinse off without rubbing; use 1–2 times a month. Normal, combination or oily skin: apply to a cleansed, damp face, massage gently, leave for 10–15 minutes and rinse; use 2–4 times a month. Avoid the eye area. Temporary redness or a tingling sensation may occur due to the active enzymes.

How to use
Mix the mud with a little warm water into a smooth paste. Apply an even layer to clean skin of the face (avoiding the eye area) or body and leave on until it starts to dry. Rinse with warm water and follow with your usual moisturiser.
