Where we ship
Pluxena ships from Cyprus to all 27 countries listed below. We do not currently ship outside these countries. If you have a question about delivery to a specific address, email us at hello@pluxena.com.
Shipping costs
Every order to the same destination costs the same to ship, regardless of order value. The exact cost and delivery options for your address are always shown at checkout before you pay.

Prices include VAT where applicable. Customers in Denmark, Poland and Sweden see prices and shipping costs in their local currency (DKK, PLN, SEK), converted at checkout.
Processing and delivery times
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Delivery usually takes 5–8 business days after dispatch.
These are estimates. Customs checks, public holidays or carrier delays can occasionally add time.
Carriers and tracking
We ship with DHL, FedEx or UPS. When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the carrier and a tracking link. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@pluxena.com.
Duties and taxes
All destinations are within the European Union, so no customs duties apply. VAT is included in the prices shown at checkout.
Damaged or lost parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us at hello@pluxena.com with your order number (and photos of any damage). We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Failed delivery or incorrect address
If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address or because it was not collected, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping costs may apply. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address details.
