Shipping policy

Order processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.


Shipping destinations
We currently ship to the following countries:

  • Cyprus (CY)
  • Romania (RO)

We do not ship to addresses outside these countries at this time. If you have a question about delivery to a specific location, please contact us at hello@pluxena.com.

All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.


Delivery times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Cyprus — up to 7 business days
  • Romania — up to 7 business days

These are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays or carrier delays beyond our control.


Carrier
We ship via DHL, FedEx or UPS. The carrier used for your order will be confirmed in your dispatch notification email, along with a tracking link.


Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your shipment directly on the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@pluxena.com.


Taxes and duties
All orders within Cyprus and Romania are shipped within the European Union. Prices displayed on our store include VAT where required by law. No additional customs duties apply for deliveries within the EU.


Damaged or lost shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@pluxena.com. Please retain all original packaging and take photographs of any damage, as these will be required to raise a claim with the carrier.


Failed delivery / incorrect address
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or because the customer failed to collect it, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping costs may apply. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information.
